New York Stock Exchange - Closing Bell Ceremony 1/7/10

On January 7th, I had the amazing opportunity to attend the Closing Bell Ceremony at the NYSE when the CEO of my company, Jackson Hewitt, rang the closing bell to signify the start of the tax season. What an experience! I was on the trading room floor looking up at the balcony when they rang the closing bell. We met a couple guys that work on the exchange floor and they gave us an overview of how the trading works. We met in the Executive Boardroom - built 1903 - which was incredibly opulent.
